1. General Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between qa999 and every individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the qa999 online betting and casino platform, available at qa999.io and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof ("the Platform").

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.2 Jurisdiction. 3. Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to maintain exactly one active qa999 account. Duplicate accounts — identified by matching name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, device fingerprint, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds or bonuses within them may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person. qa999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.5 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. qa999 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of ৳100 per month to inactive accounts after written notice has been sent to the registered contact details. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after a period of 24 months of inactivity.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.7 Transaction Fees. qa999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own service charges, for which qa999 bears no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. From time to time, qa999 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details. Failing to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being removed from your account.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim a new-player bonus through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.

5.4 Qualifying Games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager towards wagering requirements. 6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets. All bets placed on qa999 are binding and final once confirmed by the system. It is the player's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of a bet before confirming it. qa999 will not reverse or cancel a confirmed bet due to player error unless a manifest system error is established.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet or entering a game and may vary by product, market, and account status.

6.3 Manifest Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted at odds or stakes that are clearly erroneous due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human input error, qa999 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the player's account. qa999's determination of what constitutes a manifest error is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.2 qa999 employs fraud detection, behavioural analysis, and transaction monitoring systems to identify prohibited conduct. Any account identified as engaging in the above activities will be suspended immediately, pending investigation. qa999's decision in such matters is final and binding.

8. Privacy & Data

8.1 The collection, storage, processing, and use of personal data submitted by players during registration and continued platform use is governed by the qa999 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

11. Account Termination

11.4 Self-Exclusion. Self-excluded accounts will not be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period, regardless of any request to the contrary from the player.

12. Governing Law
